We are happy to resize rings, which are the wrong size (when needed). The first resize is free but you must pay for the postage so please post your ring to us and include a prepaid postage bag for us to re-post back to you. Please email us at info@cortjewellery.com.au to notify us that you require a resize and please also included a note in your package of the new size you require.
We do however strongly recommend that you visit a local jeweller/ jewellery store prior to purchasing with us and have your finger measured (for free) for an accurate size, please remember that a ring that is wider on the finger should be a half size larger to account for the natural shape of your finger.

We do not return/refund simply because you have changed your mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. We will however exchange if it is a gift for someone who isn’t completely happy with it within 2 weeks of purchase with no sign of wear or damage.

Cort Jewellery pieces are handmade to the highest standard but it should be realized though that on occasion, faults could occur. We will repair manufacturing faults at no cost within 12 months of the purchase date. We reserve the right to not repair, and to add cost to any goods returned after the 12-month period. Manufacturing faults do not include: broken chain, chipped or broken pearl or gemstone, general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped.

As a general rule we recommend to remove your items whilst showering, sleeping or during strenuous exercise in order to keep them in perfect condition.

RELOVED - T's & C's

As these pieces are restored by us but not made by us we cannot offer any refunds or returns. We don't offer any resizing on the "Reloved" rings either.

A lot of our "Reloved" pieces are quite fine and some have been loved for many years before so we  recommend taking much care with your jewellery as we cannot fix any damaged pieces once they have left our studio.
